Handcrafted Goods

All products are individually handmade. Leather is a natural material and may contain scars, grain variation, or markings. Because cutting, stamping, and assembly are done by hand, slight variations in alignment, depth, or placement can occur. These characteristics are part of handcrafted work and make each piece unique.

Custom Orders

Customized and personalized items are made specifically to customer requests. Please review measurements, wording, and details carefully before submitting an order. Custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a clear defect in workmanship.

Patch Installation

Patches are purchased from official sources and attached only at customer request for personal use. Pulling Strings Leather is not affiliated with or endorsed by any union or organization represented by those patches. Installation fees cover labor only — no profit is made on patches themselves.

Returns & Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction matters. If an issue arises, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss possible solutions. Each situation will be handled individually.

Use & Wear

These products are built for real work environments. Normal wear, stretching, marking, and aging of leather are expected over time and are not considered defects.
